I'm so mad! After the Geek Squad had my computer for 8 days (6 days longer then they told me it would take) they give it back and 5 days later I already have the same virus. They said I would have to pay them again if I wanted them to take it off. I'm not about to do that again. At work I researched how to remove viruses on my own so when I got home I got to work. It seems to be fine for now. I hope it worked. I want to be able to keep in touch with Dan when I'm in Australia. I'm leaving him my computer but it isn't going to do any good if it is not working.

Ah, christmass time, christmass day! Lynda and Daniel are sitting home alone enjoying hot chocolate, bad movies, and mostly eachothers company. Dan's family celebrated christmass a week early. Lot's of good food and the best part is always just having everyone together. The presents were obviously fantastic as well! Yesterday we had a christmass gettogether at Lynda's gradmothers house... also good food and good company... Dougie got a daisy beebee gun from his Uncle Allen and we all hope he dosn't shoot his eye out! I think he'll have a lot of fun with it and he'll be taking out soda cans in no time at all! We had christmass a day early at our own house and the boys got tons of cool presents! Lynda got a snowboard for christmass a couple weeks early and is practicing hard so she'll be able to tackle the mountains in colorado! otherwise things are pretty quite in oshkosh... for now! I had so much fun last night! Me and Dan went snowboarding at Nordic Mt. I totally sucked, but still had a lot of fun. I did not do well with the tow ropes. I fell about 20 times. The left was fun but I'm afraid of hights so I tried not to look down. I did a good job getting on and off. When I was on it the first time Dan was freaking me out telling me how hard it is to get off without falling. We had a nice dinner at the Bar and warmed up by the fire. My last time going up I hurt too much to stand. I just kept falling so we decided to walk down. That didn't work so well because it was too steep. Dan had the great idea to sit on the boards and ride them down. That was awesome! Can't wait to go again!

Bab Luck

I have been having a run of bad luck lately. The other day I left my house to go to work and locked the door and then started my car. I had to brush off the snow so I grabbed the scrapper and cleaned off my car. When I tried to open the door it was locked. The car was running and I was locked out of both the house and the car. I was so cold out so I had to break a window to get into the house. I called Dan at work to come and get my keys out of the car. I had to call into work and I'm all out of vacation time. When I was looking for Dan's work number on the computer I found out my computer has a virus. I took it in to get fixed and still I do not have it back yet.

Dan hasn't been having the best luck either. He has so eye infection and can't see out of his right eye. He see's the doctor again tomorrow.

The good news is Me and Dan got most of our Christmas shopping done! We have been very busy all month, but we are getting everything done.

We had a great Thanksgiving! On Thanksgiving day we drove down and had dinner/lunch at my grandmothers house in Milwaukee. Wolfgang had fun entertaining everyone. Allen had great news, he said he is moving back to Wisconsin in August! I hope it happens. I still have to go up and visit him one more time before he does. We dropped the kids off with Mike at 4 so they could see the Krills for awhile. Me and Dan went to his Dads and had dinner and played some board games. I learned how to knit! I'm still working on it but I think I got it. We picked up the kids a little after 8 and got home late. Friday we spent the whole day installing our microwave that doesn't work. We have to wait til Thursday for someone to come out and fix it. Some of Dan's friends from Milwaukee were in town so they stopped by for a bit. Chris from work lost his key so I had to run to work and open the door for him. He found the key on the floor in the office. Sat we had another Thanksgiving dinner at Dan's mom's house. We ate so much we feel asleep right after dinner. Mike's mom drove up and picked up the kids at 4:30. She saved us from another day of driving. I'm sad we didn't get any pictures.

Sat. we had a fun day with the kids. We all went for a bike ride in the park. Wolfgang is doing so much better at riding his bike. He did have a little fall when he went too fast down a hill but he learned how to use the breaks which he did the next time he went down hill and had no problems. Kyle came over for dinner and we all played his new Tony Hawk game. It was a lot of fun. Wolfgang had trouble standing on the board even when we were holding him. The rest of us did pretty good. Me, Dan and Kyle went out to the bar for about an hour. We wanted to play shuffle board but it was closed off because there was a DJ. We played 3 games of pool and me and Dan lost them all :( Kyle was pretty good once we would clear the table for him. We got home at 10:30 and Dan passed out right away. I went to bed shortly after.

time....keeps going and it's easy to not update a blog ;)
lately.....
Daniel and Lynda have been working hard as usual and apparently been busy, lazy, distracted, or for whatever reason the house is a mess! We emptied out storage completely (well Daniel did) which means the Honda is now in our garage at home and on wheels! yay, it has a new clutch, but it doesn't quite drive yet, a few more parts need to be put in.
Getting in shape; yes, it's hard to get ourselves to do pushups and situps and jumprope all the time and the wii fit isn't really a great work out... though very fun and i like the yoga (which we also never seem to get around to doing) so we are now members of planet fitness. We've been visiting regularly and there's a funny story about Lynda losing her ID and then getting a new one and then the Neenah police department saying they recovered her ID right after she baught the new one at the DMV but we won't get in to... oh... anywho. We've really been enjoying our workouts.
Eating healthier; Myth: Pizza contains lots of your basic food groups and is healthy!
Fact: Pizza is way to easy to make and delicious but is not healthy and doesn't have fruits, veggies, or chocolate when it's peperoni or three meat!
No it's not the only thing we eat but we noticed that there arn't nearly enough fruits and veggies in our diet (but Daniel has been making the greatest steaks lately!!!!!!). So we started making yummy salads!
Preparing for the future; yup, it's coming....
well, there's some really exciting stuff, Lynda is going to go have an amazing trip to Australia in January and Daniel is going to stay at home and work... but he'll get too much videogame time and not get enough stuff done. Well, maybe he will, he surprises us sometimes when he feels like surprising himself.

We had a great Halloween. We went to my Grandma's house and had lunch and the kids went trick or treating. Wolfgang dressed up in his Peter Pan costume and Dougie was Captin Hook (he used Dans costume). Warren and Kristina went with them. We met Mike at five so the kids could go trick or treating in Oconomowoc too. Me and Dan went to Scotts house and watched Star Wars 3. We went to Henery's and my first drink of the night ended up in my lap when someone bumped the table. It dried fast and the place was warm so it wasn't the end of the world. We played cards and it went on forever because Dan didn't know how to play crazy eights. I won :) We stopped back at Scotts house to drop off the cars and then walked to Landmark. Gina met us there. Dan saw a bunch of people he knew from his Jimmy Johns days. Time went by pretty fast and we ended up staying there until bar close. We spent the night at Scotts. We had to wake up early and drive back because I had to work.

This week was fun and busy. Got my Tinker Bell costume done, but it is to cold out to wear it trick or treating. Wolfgang loves his Peter Pan costume. We went to a Halloween party at the Reeve. Wolfgang played every game and got lots of candy. Dougie was acting like he was to old for everything. He doesn't even want to dress up this year. Wolfgang helped make treat bags for all the trick or treaters. Dan and Dougie worked on Dans car last night and it is ready to be towed to our house so he can finish it.

We had a long week. Wednesday we went to swing dancing. We are so lost! On Thursday Dan worked on his car and then we went to see The Hangover. It was funny, we both enjoyed it. I left my sweater in the theater and didn't notice until I got home. I was too tired to go back and get it. Friday I had a meeting on campus and a guy there mentioned he worked in the union. I started to tell him I left my sweater last night and he happened to be the one to find it and turned it in! He told me where it was so I got it back after the meeting. I also he to by my new text book. It is so long and the class is only 7 weeks. After the meeting we went and picked up the kids. Wolfgen did some painting when we got home, but it was late so he had to go to bed soon after. Dougie and Dan played Okami. Saturday was fun. I started the day off by going into work to work over time, but went home because I was too tired and it was just not worth it. We all watched Coraline. I feel asleep right at the end. We went and got some pumpkins at the store and then headed down to Oconomowoc. We went to a haunted house at the old middle school. It was good but too short. then we went to Tony's birthday party at Kelly's Bleachers. Wolfgang wasn't goo in the car ride so he couldn't go swimming at the hotel. He was pretty sad about it. We let him play in the large tub in the room. He had fun. Dougie couldn't play video games because the remote didn't have an Aux button. I felt bad for him. At least he go to watch cable. Wolfgang also had a lot of trouble going to bed. On Sunday Wolfgang was so sad because he couldn't go swimming again. I had to go to work and Dan worked on his car. He is almost done!

Yesterday was a long day. I worked at the computer lab in the morning, then went home and passed out. I kept getting phone calls but couldn’t get myself to wake up. I got up around 2:30 and had to get ready for Wolfgang’s parent teacher conference. Dan got home and we were in a big rush. He had to shave and change his clothes. We got there o time but then couldn’t find the room they were in and the cell phones wouldn’t work in the building. Everything went good. I really like Wolfgang’s teacher this year. After the conference we took the kids out to dinner at Fong’s. They were so happy to see us on a school night. They couldn’t stop talking. It was a lot of fun. I’m going to try to start getting down there more on the week days. We got home around 10pm and Dan passed out right away. I got ready for bed but forgot to put our left over in the fridge :(

Yesterday was a productive day for me and Dan. I worked in the morning, came home and cleaned the house and started on my new painting. I got to eat lunch with Dan before going to work at Goodwill for the evening. Dan got a lot of work done on his car. His friend kept him company. He is thinking he can get it out of storage this week. Today I was looking through Erica's face book pictures and found these cute pix of Wolfgang. They are from 2008.

Fri, Sat, and Sun....AKA sweetest day weekend.
Friday was ok...other than another long day at the factory....thought it was ten or so...nope, that stupid clock didn't know what it was thinking, it wasn't even nine eight yet...wow. Anywho, production has been slow needless to say, and lot's o' people are working slow lately...it's like, hey we just finished a plane time to drag ass! I took off the vertical stab fairing and the whole time i was up on the plane (birds eye view, high up looking and can see almost everyone) there were a few guys that literally, for almost an hour, walked around the hangar just talking. kinda ticked me off actually. At any rate, the day ended and it couldn't've been sooner because i was really looking forward to my sis coming over and seeing my house! My mom and step dad drove her and her husband up and picked up the kids on the way (thanks guys!)! It was very exciting, and my house has been pretty clean too :) Lynda and I have been staying pretty tidy and keeping up on it. We ordered some toppers pizzas and hung out a little... nothing too fancy as has been my expression (or excuse) lately. Mom and Todd were a bit tired so it wasn't a late night... well for them it was, but we played some Wii and called it an evening.
Saturday, Sweetest day... well it went better than last year... if that's saying much, i hung out with ruckhus last year on sweetest day, lol. We went to Target to buy Wolfgang his reward for ten days of perfect behavior and decided to get eachother our presents as well. Lynda saw a bike basket and she's been wanting one really bad so it was perfect and we ran over to a game shop and got me a sweet vid called Okami, which is highly necessary because i'm restricted from playing farther than dougie in Zelda (or getting too close to where he's at either) which is really hard 'cause he told me to try it and i really liked it and just wanna keep playing! so we got me an awesome game i can play and i'm happy! but now he's playing my game so it leaves me very little zelda to play.... paradox. hah! Then we went to my Grandparents 60th anerversary party which there is no other word for other than touching... it was so very sweet. At first it was socializing and catching up with family and then we had the culture and heart touching moments. FOOD! did i mention good food! Grandpa played accordian while dad played guitar and the ladies danced (since guys barely ever dance... not to discredit Grandpa who did dance with Grandma!) and we sang and laughed and cried. Everyone was there, my sisters, parents, and all my cousins and uncles and aunts. It was as wonderful as it could've been!
Sunday..... overall pretty great day.. other than i'm taking too much of my evening writing a blog! blah. Spent the morning with the boys, at first went a little nuts, then things settled down, put training wheels on Wolfy's bike but didn't have enough time at the park with him and drove them back after three. Made yummy yummy spaghetti for dinner, drank whine, bought Lynda some cute little flower plant for belated sweetest day, and here we are and away I go! Ta da... bye now!

We need to start getting more sleep. We only made it through about half our swing dance lesson last night. Dan was still sick and I'm hurt from last week. I think I need to see a doctor. We did enjoy some rounds of Mario Cart. This morning I'm at work at the computer lab but I can't do any homework because D2L is not working. I would read but it's making me fall asleep.

Daniel's day:
I was sick from work yesterday so it was sort of a Monday to me and I'm still sick :( but starting to feel better :) Done gutting airplanes and now working on repairing Aircraft 55 which is my fourth at Basler (for gutting and repairing). Busted my thumb up a few times, got really frustrated replacing one frame, and most of my scabs fell off the burns on my arm. All in all the highlight of my workday was 3:30... go home time. Home is always good, love my house and Lynda was here waiting for me today... kinda woke her up. We had a cheap dinner that brought back some memories of when we first started dating and watched The latest mummy movie, which should've been good since it had Jet Li in it, but don't watch it because it's not good.... at all.... it's bad. Ohhh.. then, as I was feeding my gliders, four feet away from me the microwave turned on... which i have no explanation for, unless it was caused by Lynda's cell phone from the other room that was on silent so i don't even know if the call came at the same time... if anyone has any sound theory or can vouch for cell phones setting off microwaves please let me know... cause i'm still kinda creeped out. Sweet, that's my day, and now this is good night!

We had a great birthday party for Dougie this weekend! Dougie is now a teenager, it's crazy!

Working in the computer lab this morning and I thought I'd start a blog to start keeping track of some of our adventures. This is a week for getting things done. I'm busy with work and school and Dan is fixing his Honda so we can get it out of storage. We are taking swing dance lessons every Wednesday night and have a fundraiser coming up in December. We really need to start practing during the week :)
